✸ Terms of Service ✸

✸ General ✸

- By purchasing art from me you automatically agree to my terms.
- I have the right to decline any commission request for any reason, and throughout any stage of the process.
- By commissioning me, you agree to a certain level of artistic liberty.
- I will still be working on and posting personal art while working on commissions.
- I will not design or re-design a character within a commission unless I'm being paid extra to do such.
- A clear reference(s) for the character(s) is required. Please let me know beforehand if there are things on the reference(s) that are inaccurate/missing.
- I do not work with a written descriptions of characters.

✸ Payments and Refunds ✸

- I only accept payment through Paypal, Ko-fi, or Vgen.
- Payment on all commissions is upfront unless discussed prior.
- I do not do payment plans.
- You will be given a full refund if I decide to cancel the commission, regardless of how completed the piece is.
- I do not provide full refund requests unless I have not started work.
- If I have begun work on your commission, I can provide partial refunds based on how completed the piece is and work will not continue.
- Please do not commission me if you cannot financially afford it.
- Tips are non-refundable.
- Refunds will not be made in the case of character changes. I am not financially responsible for clients friendships/relationships/etc. In the event of a character change is requested (i.e. a falling out, breakup, etc) please reach out to me to discuss options.

✸ Revisions ✸

- I allow some changes during the sketching stage for free.
- I will not do an absurd amount of changes to the sketch (10+). Please be clear with what you want when you are initially ordering a commission. If you are not specific early, you do not get to be specific later.
- After completion, additional changes may come with a charge.
- Character design mistakes made on my part will be fixed for free up to 1 month after completion.

✸ Deadlines and Delivery ✸

- My turnaround time is typically 1-2 months. If I expect to take longer, I will let you know.
- Please do not commission me expecting it to be quick.
- I do not work with hard deadlines. I will not give a guarantee when the work will be completed.
- Final delivery will come with a .png file. Dependent on the commission type, you will get a transparent and/or colour background.

✸ Use ✸

- Clients can use their commissioned work for personal use such as stickers and buttons without permission. Please do not sell these items or make merchandise with the intent of profit/commercial use without prior discussion.
- Clients can use their commissioned work as icons, banners, and be uploaded to toyhou.se credited to Holoswirl/Holofoilswirl. You may repost your commissioned work with credit.
- Clients are free to use commissioned work on Twitch/YouTube/Etc. streams.
- You cannot use my work for NFT or AI purposes for any reason.

✸ Intellectual Property Rights ✸

- I still own all rights to my work meaning I may use them for self-promotion and may upload to social media or galleries.

✸ Communication ✸

- Main form of communications are either VGen DM, Kofi DM, Email, Tumblr, Bluesky, or Discord.
- As of January 2026, I no longer communicate through Twitter.
- If your main form of communication changes, please let me know.
- If you behave in a way that makes me uncomfortable, I have the right to cancel your commission. This may include harassment, sexual messages, trying to roleplay, or just generally making me uncomfortable. Depending on the severity of the offence, I may blacklist you.
- Asking for updates is okay, but please keep it reasonable. If you are constantly asking for updates every day, I may just refund you.

✸ Use of my Designs ✸

- You may freely change and edit my designs after purchasing them.
- When you make changes to my designs, please leave an original copy publicly uploaded so any future owners can optionally go back and reference the original.
- You may resell my designs for any amount.
- You are free to turn my designs into closed species as long as they abide to the rules of that species.
- Do not use my adopts or designs for any hateful content.

✸ What I can and wont draw ✸

I can draw: Furries (anthro+feral), most Pokemon, My Little Pony, closed furry/animal species, simple scene/background, simple props, complex designs, real life animals
I wont draw: Humans and humanoids, mecha/robot, complex scenes/backgrounds, complex props, fetish content, hateful and bigoted content, real life people

What do you use to draw?

I use Clip Studio Paint on an 8th gen iPad with an Apple pencil. For brushes, I generally only use the default G-pen that comes with CSP.

How do you pick your colours? Can I colour-pick from you?

Honestly I don't have the best answer for this. I take inspirations from photos and other media, as well as other artists I like. As I am drawing, I will often shift the hue and saturation until I think it looks cool.
Yes, you may colour-pick my art. However, please be respectful of commission pieces, designs, and sold adoptable that may belong to other people.

Can I use your art as a avatar/banner etc.?

You can use my fanart for profile pictures and such, but please do not use OCs or commissioned pieces.

Can I trace or reference your art?

I don't mind if you do this, especially for practice, but again please be respectful of commissioned pieces that belong to other people. If you decide to post anything that is traced or heavily referenced of my art, I would appreciate credit or a tag back to me.
